William A. Cameron of Myrtle Beach, S.C. passed away Wednesday February 12, 2025 at his home. He was 65.
Born December 7, 1959 (Pearl Harbor Day) in Mount Holly, NJ. Bill was raised in Burlington, NJ by his late parents George Cameron and Suzanne Kais.
Bill was a U.S. Army Veteran of the 41st Combat Support Hospital in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. After the service he mostly did carpentry work with his late father. He could also be seen at his children’s sports practices and games. Bill was not a shy person and would be quick to strike up a conversation with anyone and everyone. He could be considered an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the New York Giants and Yankees. He was a lover of music and his dog Gracie.
He leaves behind his children Courtney Foy (Brian) of Palm Bay, FL and Kyle Cameron of Burlington, NJ and their mother Katherine Cameron-Reynolds. He is survived by his siblings Debbie VanSchoick (Jerry), George Cameron, and Jake Sitzler (Judy) from Myrtle Beach, SC. Lastly Kevin Sitzler (Michelle) of Murrells Inlet, SC.
There will be a private cremation and a memorial service held at a later date. Online condolences may be sent through the funeral home’s Web site listed below.
