Thomas R. MacLeay, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at McLeod Seacoast Hospital in Little River, SC. He was born on February 11, 1960, in Middletown, NY, a son of the late Donald MacLeay and Frances Bowman.

Known for his kindness and generosity, Tom was always eager to help others whenever he could. He was also known for his quick wit and sense of humor, always ready with a joke. Tom enjoyed his new home in South Carolina and hosting barbecues, going to the casino, and creating special memories with those he loved. Above all, he found immense joy in spoiling his grandchildren, who brought him endless happiness.
Tom’s selflessness, warmth, and caring nature will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Tom is survived by his wife: Joan MacLeay; daughter: Jessica Fumo and her husband Frank; son: Thomas R.
