Sharee Laurice Alston, 41, passed away at Grand Strand South Hospital on October 15, 2024. She was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on February 12, 1983, the daughter of Denise L. Alston and the late David Willie Alston.
Sharee graduated from Waccamaw High School and received her associate degree in early childhood education from Horry Georgetown Technical College. She loved children and devoted
herself to supporting them in being their best.
She started her career working in daycare for children. She then worked with the children at the Boys and Girls Club of the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach, S.C., which she truly enjoyed. She
recently started a new job as a Multi-Purpose Paraprofessional at Myrtle Beach Elementary School.
She was passionate about going for what she wanted, no matter how long it took. She loved traveling and spending time with friends and family. Sharee was kind-hearted and was always
willing to help others. She was especially close to her mom. Sharee spent much time with her mom, both in person and on the phone. They loved shopping together so that Sharee could find
a new pair of shoes or a purse. They were the best of buddies. Family and friends loved her, and she was passionate about living her life to the fullest.
She is survived by her only son, Davyon Jermaine Sinclair,12; mother, Denise Alston; only brother, David Alston; (wife) Amy Alston; 3 children- Alexus, Jasmine, and Niyah Alston; one
sister, Tanya Holmes, and her three children; Charisma Rodgriguez Segars, KaSwana Haynes, and KiRondre Haynes, her life partner Jermaine Sinclair, his daughter; Bianca Marrero Sinclair,
his mother; Brenda Lee Sinclair, a brother; D’Angelo Sinclair and his life partner; Carolina Duncan. 3 Aunts: Marina Foy is godmother and aunt, Eva Greene, Betty Beatty, and Lillie
Stewart; 4 Uncles: Levi Alston, Cecil Alston, and Glenn Toby; and cousins, her best friend Lisa Foster and her goddaughter Rihanna Bryant.
Services will be held at Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church- 1008 Carver Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578, on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Dr. Shawn L Johnson.
