Sandra Jean Noack, age 77, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026, at Grand Strand Medical Center.
Sandra was born on December 9, 1948, in New London, the daughter of the late Henry and Lucille (Kettner) Boelter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Heagle; her grandson, Garrett Bartman; and her great-granddaughter, Mae Munday.
Sandra enjoyed the simple things in life and was known for her love of Diet Mountain Dew, smoking her cigarettes, riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and showering affection on every pet that crossed her path. She especially enjoyed traveling, and her faith remained an important source of comfort and strength throughout her life.
Sandra will be remembered for her kind heart, strong spirit, and deep love for her family. She found joy in life's simple pleasures and treasured every moment spent with those she loved.
She is survived by her children, Troy Henry Noack (Lori L. Noack), Darci Ione Bartman, Tanya Lou Noack (Christopher T. Wine), and Jeremy "Butch" Heagle (Bobbie Heagle); her grandchildren, Dylan Noack, Austin Noack, Samantha Munday (Alex), Isabelle Kobes (Jerod), Wyatt Bartman, and Maria Avalos; nine great-grandchildren; her cherished fur baby, Boudreaux; and her siblings, Maxine Minlschmidt (John), Gary Boelter (Diane), Karen Diemel (Donnie), and Larry Boelter (Tammy).
No local services are planned at this time. A celebration of Sandra's life will be held in the Fox Cities area at a later date. Details will be shared by the family when arrangements have been finalized.
