Rose Gomez, 97, died after a sudden illness in South Carolina.
She is survived by her children—Ernest (Debbie), Daniel (Deb), Paula (Nick), Elisa (Todd), and Martin; nephews—Gene, Ralph; grandchildren—Maria, Ali, Eric, Stephen, Rebekah, Wesley, and great grand children—Mary and Cedar. All of whom she loved dearly.
She was predeceased by her husband, Antonio; her brother, Eugene; and her son, Robert.
She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1958. She set a wonderful example in caring for others and showing love and respect for family, friends, and neighbors.
She shared her Bible hope with others.
We will remember her enthusiastic interest in classical music, the arts, symphony, ballet, entertaining family and friends, gardening, exploring, learning new things, rock-hunting, singing.
