Larry Anderson, 76, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Hinckley, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. He was the cherished husband of Dolores Anderson, with whom he shared 40 beautiful years of life together. He was the loving son of Carl and Marie Anderson. Larry worked in the manufacturing industry until 2018 when he then retired and moved to Myrtle Beach. Larry's friends know what a sports fan he was, not only of professional, but also college teams in baseball, football, and basketball. He was a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers through both the good and bad years, watching the draft and having his own "picks“. After moving to Myrtle Beach, Larry renewed his passion for golf, in which he participated 3 to 5 times weekly. He was thrilled with his lifetime two holes-in-one, and stayed in the hunt for the number 3.
To know Larry was to be met with kindness. His warm and gentle spirit touched all those around him, and he will be deeply missed. Dolores extends her heartfelt gratitude to those who enriched Larry's life. Your love and friendship meant the world to him, and he cherished those connections.
A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date. An online guest book is available at www.myrtlebeachfuneralhome.com.
