James Bernard Morton

James Bernard Morton, age 87, passed away, September 20, 2025 at his residence.

James was born February 2, 1938 in Camden-On-Gauley, WV., a son of Preston J. and Ruby Mae Beckett Morton. James was a US Air-Force Veteran, who loved gardening, but especially loved spending time with his two grandsons. James was past President of the National Association of Dental Laboratories, a member and past Deacon of Grand Strand Baptist Church were he was very active with the church.  James was predeceased by his wife: Edna Morton and a son-in-law: Cameron Wright.

Surviving are his two children: Jana Marie Wright and James B. Morton, II and his wife, Gail; two grandsons: Jay Morton and Eric Morton.

Services will be private.
