Helen Ava Jones-Harrison

Helen Ava Jones-Harrison, age 77, passed away, February 9, 2026 at Grand Strand Medical Center.

Helen was born December 22, 1948 in Queens, NY., a daughter of Clarence and Anne Romanowsky Dean.  In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased by her husband: Joe Lee Harrison, Sr. and a brother: Stephen Dean.  Helen loved her dogs, cats, but especially loved her family and spending time with them.

Surviving are her two children: Kelly Ann Jones (Chase Migliore) and Joe Lee Harrison, Jr.; two grandchildren: Jennifer Anne Jones and Katelyn Avalee Jones; one great grandchild: Ava Lee Kunihiro; siblings: Annemarie Sinopoli and Marjorie Seyfnia.

The family will receive friends from 12:00noon to 2:00pm and from 5:00pm to 7:00pm Friday, February 13, 2026 at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Hwy 17 Bypass South, Myrtle Beach, SC. 29577.
