Gloria Rogers Grigsby, 80, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully in the care of Cape Fear Hospice after a short battle with ALS.
Gloria was born in Mullins, South Carolina to Jasper (Pete) Duncan Rogers and Inez Page Rogers. She was a dedicated dental assistant for over 20 years and moved to North Myrtle Beach after her retirement. Gloria loved spending time playing bridge with friends, reading, and knitting gifts. Gloria enjoyed every opportunity that she could get watching her great grandsons play baseball.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Jean McInnis, Brother Greg Rogers, Daughter Kimberly (Bryan) Hopkins, Grand Daughters Jessica (David) Willis, Carrie Hopkins, Ashley Hopkins. Great Grandsons Landon & Levi and Great Granddaughters Cherish, Layla, Ava, Addison.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, listed above, and her husband of 56 years William (Bill) Grigsby.
There will be a private memorial with immediate family at a later date to honor her memory.
