Charlotte Ann DeKine Greene was born on August 17, 1937 to Edward Dekine, Sr. and Esther Milton DeKine. She passed away on May 7, 2026 at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and two sons; Rodney Lamar Greene and Ronald Dewayne Greene and her loving step-mother Josephine Holmes Dekine.

She dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized on October 23, 1971. She said the highlight of her life was coming to know Jehovah and she enjoyed telling others about him. She appreciated learning the truth from the Bible about what happens when we die after losing her mother at a young age. She loved the original songs on JW Broadcasting. She was also well-known for her love of flowers, birds and cooking.

She is survived by two daughters; Roberta (Wellington) Tyson and Melissa (James) Givens and other loving relatives and friends.
