Charles W. Quick

Charles William Quick, age 65, died on Sunday, February 27, 2011 following a brief illness. A resident of Murrells Inlet, SC, Mr. Quick was born on March 30, 1945 in Bennettsville, SC to the late Charlie L. and Elizabeth M. Quick. Surviving are his son, Charles Andrew(Andy) Quick and a grandson, Gavin of Florence, SC; two sisters, Elaine Q. Farley of Sparta, TN., and Carolyn Q. Carson and husband, Bill, of Decatur, AL.; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Mr. Quick was retired from Southern Bell and was an avid fisherman. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 4 from 6-8 PM at the Christian Fellowship Church, Bennettsville, SC., with the Rev. Julius Bunch officiating.
