Betty Little Moseley, 80, of Conway, SC, passed away in the comfort of her home on the 27th of April 2025 following a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. She was surrounded by family in her home during her final moments.
Betty was born in Chester County Hospital, in Chester, SC on March 27, 1945. She was the only child of the late Lou Jean Bussell Little Ellis and Franklin James Little, and stepfather Curtis Ellis. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Joseph C. Moseley and three daughters Angela M. Cook (Kenneth), Leigh Ann M. Fletcher (Carey), and Carla M. Killough (Ashley Watts); six grandchildren Jennifer McBride (Michael Montgomery), Christian Cook (Alejandro Valladares), Sean Logan Cook (Hannah), Kali F. Henderson (Christopher), Calin S. Fletcher, and Erin McKenzie Watts; and three great grandkids Jagen Montgomery, William Henderson and Bryson Henderson, and numerous family members and friends.
Betty and Joseph lived and raised their family in Lancaster, SC until 2020 when they moved to Columbia, SC for 3 years and then to Conway, SC until her passing. She worked in the Scheduling Department at the Grace Plant in Lancaster, SC for Springs Industry until she retired. At home she enjoyed sewing and baking, everybody looked forward to tasting her Strawberry Shortcake at family gatherings. Her favorite pastimes were finding great bargains at a thrift store, playing Bingo with her friends. The family would like to acknowledge (deceased sister in law Nancy) and Donald Blackmon and family, Tammy Hobbs and Joe and Frankie McNeely, for their love and loyal friendship, they could always count on you all to be there for them, there's so many more that need special thanks as well, so please know you all have a special place in our hearts!
Betty was known for her pleasant and humorous personality and wherever you saw Betty, you saw Joe! They were inseparable. Betty truly is going to be missed by all of her beloved family and friends.
