Our $745 Cremation Package includes:

• Pick up and transfer of deceased to our licensed holding facility and On-Site crematory.
• Consultation with staff to assist in completing the arrangements.
• Securing all legal documents necessary for carrying out the cremation wishes of the deceased and his/her surviving family.
• Properly caring for the body prior to cremation.
• Securing a copy of the death certificate, signed by the attending physician or coroner, and certified through the county of death’s vital records department.
• Notification of death to Social Security.
• Providing a Death Certificate to the family of the deceased.
• Securing the Cremation Authorization form signed by the next-of-kin(s) granting us permission to perform the cremation.
• Providing an approved cremation container, in which the body is placed for cremation.
• Performing the cremation.
• Providing a container for the cremated remains.
• Delivery of the cremated remains to the family, authorized person or cemetery.
