Our Complete Cremation Package for only $995 includes:

• Transferring the body to our on-site crematory.*
• Securing all legal documents necessary for carrying out the cremation wishes of the deceased and his/her surviving family.
• Properly caring for the body prior to cremation.
• Securing a copy of the death certificate, signed by the attending physician or coroner, and certified through the county of death’s vital records department.
• Providing a Death Certificate to the family of the deceased.
• Securing the Cremation Authorization form signed by the next-of-kin(s) granting us permission to perform the cremation.
• An approved cremation container, in which the body is placed for cremation.
• The cremation itself.
• A container for the cremated remains.
• Pick up by, or delivery to, an authorized person, of the cremated remains.
